Materials and Manufacturing:
My clothes are made in France using high-quality natural materials.
The designs are simple yet unique, desirable, and durable.
Material choices prioritize premium, natural, and recycled options.
Apart from a few necessary elements (such as sewing threads, specific finishes), everything is natural and traceable. I minimize transportation by producing locally.

Certifications:
Certified GOTS for products made from 100% cotton. All treatments on fabrics are non-toxic according to European standards. The majority of fabrics and fibers are certified; see product sheets for details.

Dyes:
My materials are certified non-toxic in terms of dyes and finishes.
I offer an exclusive dye-free line and a line in natural dyes.

The CRU dye-free line is recommended for people with sensitive skin.

Transparency and Traceability:
Each element is traced and traceable on the product sheet, with a complete description of their composition and place of manufacture.

Packaging:
Ecological principles also apply to packaging: natural, local, recyclable, and biodegradable.

Durability and Maintenance:
Follow the care instructions on the labels to ensure perfect durability.

End of Product Life:
Repair your items with the repair bonu (only in France).
Encourage second-hand use or recycling for responsible end-of-life management.
All elements that make up my collections are biodegradable and recyclable for the vast majority.

Collection Rhythm:
My collections follow a slow fashion approach, avoiding overconsumption.
A few dozen items are offered each year and reissued or diversified according to demand. This optimizes the work and resources invested in their development.

Sizes:

Sizes range from 34 to 46. Some knitwear models may fit up to size 48 for a size 4.

Please consult the size measurement chart before ordering. I do not use stretch fibers, so it is important to follow your body measurements and my chart to find the ideal size.

I hope to offer additional sizes if there is demand, so please feel free to reach out if you cannot find your size.

Provide your name, an email address, and a password. This information will be kept confidential.

To update your information, go directly to your account and click on "Edit Information". If you forget your password, you can request a new one from the "Account" tab.

Error in the order:
If you made a mistake in your order (product size or delivery address), please contact me quickly. If the order has not yet been prepared, we will find a solution. However, if it has already been dispatched, you can proceed with its exchange or return.

Incorrect address:
In case of a postal error, no refund will be possible if the package is not returned to us. If it comes back to me in its original condition, you can choose between a refund or reshipment of the item. In this case, standard shipping fees will apply.

Delivery delay:
If your order is delayed, track its progress with the tracking number sent by email. Please be patient, sometimes carrier delays can occur. If you have not received anything after an additional 3 days, please contact us at: contact@virginievoncken.paris

Damaged package:
If your order arrives in a damaged package, please refuse it to the carrier.

Payment methods:
You have the option to pay by credit/debit cards or via PayPal, in 4X at no extra charge.

Deliveries are free to pick-up points for orders valued at 300 euros or more, for mainland France and Europe. You have the option to choose home delivery with or without a signature, or express delivery.

In this case, delivery fees will be calculated at the time of payment for the items.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receiving the items.

For a refund, the item must comply with our return policy:
It must not have been worn, washed, or damaged during your fitting. Try the products without jewelry that may snag fabrics, without makeup or perfume, and on a dry and clean floor to avoid stains.

Each product is inspected three times before being sent to you: a quality check at the manufacturer's, a quality check upon receipt at my workshop, and a final check before shipment. It must be returned in its original condition (tags, box, and packaging included). If this is not the case, I will not be able to refund you, and I will send back the item to you.

For an exchange, please return the item to me for a refund and reorder the product in the new size. As stocks are limited, I cannot guarantee that sizes will still be available. If your size is no longer available, sign up for the return alert or newsletter.

Defect or error:
If despite all our efforts, you notice a defect on an item, please inform me within three days by email with photos, order number, and invoice: contact@virginivoncken.paris
