episode 3
In the third episode of the CRU “Côte de Nacre” collection, the brand revisits knitwear in an eco-responsible and poetic way, while highlighting artisanal know-how. The Tekla cardigan, knitted in Normandy from undyed Merino d'Arles wool, features timeless styling, pagoda sleeves, gathered shoulders and openwork wave knit. Adorned with Troca mother-of-pearl buttons engraved in France, it pairs perfectly with a GOTS-certified “Mer et Écume” organic cotton rib ensemble, finished to evoke the bubbling of the sea and embellished with precious mother-of-pearl flower buttons. Each piece embodies eco-friendly fashion, magnifying tradition and craftsmanship.
Virginie Voncken creates a delicate, poetic and sustainable everyday wardrobe. Her brand revisits iconic garments lending them a unique look with meticulous attention to detail, while taking her commitment to ethical and eco-friendly principles to new heights. As an ode to the planet, every element is made locally using exquisite natural materials by ateliers who offer their outstanding expertise.
